Dafne Gonçalves Miranda
I’m Dafne, from Florianópolis, an island in the south of Brazil. I’m into traveling, discovering new artists, going to concerts, and taking photos along the way. Lately, dancing has become one of my favorite things to do.
I studied Graphic Design at the State University of Santa Catarina, where my final thesis focused on ethics in Interaction Design and User Experience in Brazil. Since starting my studies in Design, I've been committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity, championing accessibility both within and beyond products.
I really believe knowledge should be shared, and that we grow more when we collaborate. After graduating, I joined mentorship programs to support and learn alongside other designers and those just starting out. With the Response_Able Futures programme, I want to keep exploring how we can design for inclusivity in complex contexts. I’m looking forward to diving into participatory methods and learning from the multicultural exchange the programme offers. Can't wait to meet you all!
